Testing & Process

Pathogen testing results (Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli) are delivered same-day for most samples received before 10 AM. Nutritional analysis panels typically take 3–5 business days. Shelf-life studies are ongoing by nature. We'll give you an exact turnaround estimate when you submit your request.

Request a free PST sample collection kit on our contact page or call us. We ship same-day with pre-paid return shipping, collection instructions, and a chain-of-custody form. Collect your sample per the included instructions and drop it in the mail.

Your company name, product name, product type, tests requested, and any relevant production details (batch number, production date). Your sample collection kit includes a requisition form to complete.

No volume commitments. We test single samples for startups and high-volume batches for enterprise manufacturers. Pricing is transparent and volume-based discounts are available.

Yes — both. We test raw materials (incoming ingredient verification), in-process samples, and finished products. We also test environmental swabs from your facility.

Accreditations & Compliance

ISO 17025 is the international standard for testing laboratories. It validates our technical competence, equipment calibration, and result reliability — not just management systems. Accredited results are accepted by FDA, USDA, major retailers, and international customs authorities worldwide.

Yes. Our ISO 17025 accreditation through PJLA, combined with ILAC-MRA recognition, means our Certificates of Analysis are accepted by Petco, Chewy, Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, Amazon, and regulatory bodies in 100+ countries.

Yes. Our test methods are aligned with 21 CFR Part 111 (cGMP for dietary supplements), and our ISO 17025 accreditation provides the additional level of validation that FDA auditors and third-party auditing bodies expect.

Yes. Our Guaranteed Analysis panels and nutritional testing are specifically designed to meet AAFCO requirements for dog food, cat food, and other pet food and treat products.

The RPRI System

RPRI (Rapid Pathogen Risk Indicator) is our proprietary technology combining real-time PCR detection with a quantitative risk scoring algorithm. Instead of binary positive/negative results, RPRI provides a scored risk assessment that enables faster, more informed hold/release decisions.

RPRI achieves higher sensitivity than conventional PCR by pairing molecular detection with proprietary enrichment protocols, allowing detection at lower contamination levels. It is particularly valuable for high-risk products and environmental monitoring programs.
